How to use a rotary tiller correctly?
1. At the beginning of the task, the rotary tiller should be continuously raised. First, the power output shaft should be combined to increase the speed of the blade shaft to the rated speed, and then the rotary tiller should be lowered to gradually insert the blades into the soil to the desired location. It is strictly prohibited to combine the power output shaft or lower the rotary tiller after the blade enters the soil, in order to avoid bending or breaking the blade and increasing the load on the tractor.
2. In homework, it is advisable to travel at a low speed as much as possible, which can ensure the quality of the work, reduce the fragmentation of soil blocks, and minimize the wear and tear of machinery. Pay attention to whether there is any noise or metal tapping sound from the rotary tiller, and observe the situation of broken soil and plowing depth. If there are any abnormalities, the machine should be stopped for inspection and resolved before continuing with the operation.
When turning on the ground, it is forbidden to work. The rotary tiller should be raised to lift the blades off the ground and reduce the tractor throttle to avoid damaging the blades.
When reversing, crossing embankments, and transferring land, the rotary tiller should be raised and the power should be cut off to avoid damaging the machinery. If transferring to a distance, use a locking device to secure the rotary tiller.
5. After each shift, the rotary tiller should be maintained. Handle the soil and weeds on the blade, check the fastening of each connecting piece, add lubricating oil to each lubrication point, and add butter to the universal joint to avoid aggravating wear.
